My name is George Moskoff and I bring 25 years of consulting, business and life experience to my clients -- all shapes and sizes, types of organizations -- to help them improve performance. To make their organizations, and their people, high performance entities. Too vague, nebulous? Well, here's thrust of my work:

Don’t ask “how,” ask “why?”

My work:

Through my consulting and counsel, my client organizations learn to change themselves into higher performance structures. It's a back-to-basics kind of approach in a world. that seems to have lost some of its moorings. Maybe you can relate. I find that the old stuff is new: integrity, ethics, compelling visions, vulnerability, humility: leadership. We ask “why” more often.

I work with individuals. I work with groups. I coach, consult, listen, advise, research and help execute plans through experimentation, trying things out. I use all of the new thinking and new methodologies while I ask you to focus on what really matters: making organizations vibrant systems so that customers are continually delighted. Not an easy undertaking in any economic climate but more important when times are stressful.

I bring an expertise in process that leads to desired outcomes. I know how to get individuals and groups aligned with the collective purpose of the organization. From Montessori and public schools to big non-profits and multi-nationals. If you’re tired of the same old methods that get the same old results, now could be exactly the right time to make big moves. Try something new; go with a guy who doesn’t profess to have all the answers but knows the process by which you can get them.

I am a big picture guy who also likes to use a telescope to get at the; nuts and bolts. Broad brush. Fine lines. I can help you stimulate your organization and move things along in a way that the conventional folks just can’t, don’t want to, are too afraid.

The purpose of this website is to inform, to educate and, perhaps, to inspire. (If you're entertained, too, so much the better.) The purpose of the work of APG is to help people and organizations change themselves into higher performance systems by releasing the inherent desire that people have to be great, to do great things. The change that occurs -- confronting and removing fears of taking risks -- creates a flood of innovation that makes your organization a great place to work, a wonderful supplier to buy from.

In a way, I can't help but wonder about where we, people and organizations, are headed. There is so much that needs doing right now. And, so many who need help and to be helped.
